Our Story
A Legacy of Affordable, Quality Education in Vellore
Jothis College of Arts & Science was established in the year 2000, founded by Prof. S. Paranjothi Educational Trust. The college is affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore and operates under T.N.G.O. No. 307, Higher Education (EI-I), Department Dated 18.7.2000.
As a co-educational institution in Katpadi, Vellore, we are committed to providing higher quality affordable education, making it accessible to students from all backgrounds across Tamil Nadu. Over the years, thousands of students have graduated from our college.
The college is located on Vallimalai Road, just minutes from Katpadi Railway Station, making it easily accessible for students commuting from across the district by train and bus.

Prof. S. Paranjothi
Founder Chairman
An educationist with over 40 years of experience in Vellore, Prof. Paranjothi established Jothis College in 2000. He previously served as Professor and Head of Mathematics at Muthurangam Government Arts & Science College (now Thiruvalluvar University).
Naveen Jothi P
Secretary
Has served as secretary since the college's founding and closely worked with the Founder. He has mentored thousands of students and advocates for affordable, quality education.
